I have known Matt Crouch since 1976 when I was first on Trinity Broadcasting Network TV. In 1988 he completed a documentary about my crosswalk that covered the first twenty years. I did not see or talk to Matt again until in 2008 as I was completing every nation and major island group. We met again at TBN and after talking and praying felt Jesus lead us to not just complete the last twenty years but to tell the complete story of the cross journey to the world as an entierly new major movie called "The Cross". I had just completed the walk in Zanzibar where Jesus told me "The world is open to you, you are free to carry the cross and minister Jesus in all the world, wherever I lead you."

I went through thousands of photos and found well over 100 hours of video footage along with thousands of news clippings. Matt interviewed me for days and then we went and did more filming in the streets. This has now been edited and made into a movie.

The entire team at Gener8xion Entertainment has done an awesome job. Thanks to you all and to Jack Hunter, Paul and Jan Crouch and the TBN family and all the board of directors of this ministry and all of our friends, family and supporters around the world.

My walk around the world is not just a walk but a walk with a cross. The cross is about Jesus. Jesus is about Love. Love is about God (for God is Love), God's love is about People (for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son)

My prayer is that every person that sees the movie will fall at the foot of the cross and become a follower of Jesus or pick up their cross and step into their own destiny in the power of Jesus.

I have carried the cross around the world and lifted it up in nation after nation. Now it is to walk down the Red Carpet and into the heart of the heart of Hollywood and lift the cross up there and then in the theaters across America and then the world. Just another part of lifting up Jesus and the cross in all the world.

Last weekend I was with Joel and Victoria Osteen at Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas. It was an awesome time. I carried the cross on stage and spoke about five minutes in the Saturday night meeting and both meetings on Sunday. I love them dearly and the people at the church welcomed the cross and me with open arms. God bless Joel and Victoria as they minister not only in Houston but to America and the world with the message of Hope in Jesus our Lord.

So much news to report! It's just awesome! Attention all followers of Jesus! Gather at the Cross in Hollywood!
First, come to Hollywood Blvd on the night of the Premier! Bring your outreach group, church group, mission group and bring your Bible and Gospel tracts and share Jesus in the area near the Chinese Theater. Part of Hollywood Blvd will be blocked off in the area of the theater. Let's make this a giant 'Jesus Rally' for Hollywood and the world to see that we want Jesus lifted up. I will also make a walk along the Blvd with the cross. You can be there and Priaise God as the Cross is lifted up in the center of Hollywood. You can see the live TBN TV broadcast worldwide for three hours! Grauman’s Chinese Theatre is the most sought-after theatre in Hollywood for studio premieres. Fans flock to these events to see the celebrities arrive and walk up the red carpet into the theatre.

Rich in movie tradition, with its cement handprints and footprints in the forecourt, the Chinese Theatre immortalizes the brightest stars. More than four-million visitors from all over the world visit Grauman’s every year.

The grand opening of Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on May 18, 1927, was the most spectacular theatre opening in motion picture history. Thousands of people lined Hollywood Boulevard and a riot broke out as fans tried to catch a glimpse of the movie stars and other celebrities as they arrived for the opening.

The film being premiered that night was Cecil B. DeMille's “The King of Kings,” which was preceded by "Glories of the Scriptures," a live prologue devised by master showman Sid Grauman. A Wurlitzer organ and 65-piece orchestra provided music for the prologue.

Now 82 years later "The Cross" will premier! From "The King of Kings" to "The Cross"! Wow and Glory.This is historic.
